Application Process

1. Please read the ‘How can we help – Student school fees’ page.
2. Please note our selection criteria before making an application.
3. Please note the Endowment is not in a position to pay any element of boarding fees.
4. Ensure you have briefed your headteacher that you require a testimonial.

Completing Your Application

We recommend you assemble all your data before beginning the application process.

The online application form cannot be saved in stages. You must complete and submit the application in one action, providing and uploading the information listed on the checklist below. Incomplete forms will not be saved or submitted to the Ewelme Exhibition Endowment.

Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory. Your application will not be accepted until all mandatory fields are completed.

Application Checklist

Personal, Financial and School related information will be required.

• Information relating to household income, assets, housing costs and other sources of financial support.
• Email address of the current Headteacher who will provide a Testimonial for the candidate.
• Email address of the school bursary provider.
• Parent/Guardian latest P60(s) (or the year end pay slip(s) showing annual earnings), or the last annual accounts of self-employed applicants - to be uploaded as an image or PDF.
• A short covering letter in support of the application, outlining the reasons why assistance is requested – to be uploaded as an image or PDF.
• A passport-size photograph of the candidate – to be uploaded as an image or PDF.
• Declaration and Data Protection Consent to be completed at the end of the application.
• You are required to provide a short (50 words or less) reason for application, be prepared to enter this information.

Data Protection Statement

Governors are responsible for ensuring award applicants are suitably qualified per the terms of the charity’s governing document. Governors may need to investigate the personal circumstances of an applicant and/or parent or guardian. The personal data supplied on this form and other information relating to the application will be held securely. We may check information provided with appropriate organisations.

A declaration including Data Protection consent is to be completed prior to submission of your application.
