Governors may need to investigate the personal circumstances of an applicant's parent or guardian. The personal data supplied on this form and other information relating to the application will be held securely. We may check information provided with appropriate organisations. Access to your personal information will be provided on request. A further Privacy Notice will be issued to successful applicants.
Unless otherwise requested, documents for unsuccessful applications will be retained for one year for use if parent/guardian circumstances change and a reapplication is made in the following year.
