If awarded a grant towards the course or activity, I will provide a short written report to the Governors of the Ewelme Exhibition Endowment within a month of its conclusion, including details of any personal achievements or qualifications gained.

If granted an award towards instruments, tools or equipment, I will provide copies of the relevant invoices within a month of purchase to the Governors of the Ewelme Exhibition Endowment.

I will inform the Governors immediately if any circumstances alter the activity, course or objects for which this application is made.
